In the 2011 National Student Survey you told us we could offer you more help and advice with your studies and making study choices.
What we did
Working with the Liverpool Guild of Students we designed a new Student Support Framework that makes it easier for people to get the help and advice they need. In particular we:
- Allocated an academic member of staff to every student, with review meetings scheduled at the start of the academic year and after exams.
- Created new Support Officer roles in each school, to provide or co-ordinate support in areas such as welfare, study skills and careers advice.
