Fee reduction for students who progress to postgraduate

Postgrad students

Undergraduates in their final year can take advantage of a 20% fee discount on postgraduate programmes.

The Postgraduate Open Day will give students the opportunity to explore the Postgraduate Progression Award, which gives all University of Liverpool undergraduate students and alumni considering a full or part-time postgraduate taught course the chance to reduce their tuition fees by 20%.

The offer includes MRes qualifications and postgraduate study can be undertaken at both the Liverpool campus and the University’s new London campus in 2014. Students who take up the offer will benefit from a dedicated ‘fast-track’ application process.

The Open Day will consist of a series of welcome talks outlining the benefits of postgraduate study at the University followed by a central exhibition where staff and students from all three faculties will be available to answer any questions.  Information about the broad range of taught courses on offer at both the Liverpool and London campuses will also be available.

Director of Student Recruitment and Admissions, Claire Brown, said: “Whatever your goal, whether you want to be at the top of your game, get that perfect job, become an expert in the subject you are passionate about, progress to research or simply become more employable, a postgraduate taught qualification can help you to define yourself and get to where you want to be.”

The Postgraduate Open Day will take place on Wednesday, 12 March from 3-6pm. To view the full schedule for the event, please click here. Students can register for the event here.
