Start-up funds and training for ‘Enterprise Champions’

 

Do you have a business idea? Are you interested in setting up as self-employed and looking for extra support to get your business started? We want to hear from you.

Students interested in becoming self-employed have the chance to win start-up funds and access to intensive coaching and master classes in the Enterprise Champion Start-Up Challenge.

Five lucky winners will each receive 6 hours of one to one intensive training with an experienced business coach as well as classes and self-employment briefings to develop entrepreneurial skills and knowledge for future business growth.

The winners will also receive £250 to spend on business development and the aim is to get students running their own businesses by the end of the summer.

To enter you must:

  • be resident in Greater Merseyside;
  • be a student or graduate of higher education;
  • have nationality of a country within the EU (or with visa permissions to set up a business in the UK);
  • be interested in setting up a business in Greater Merseyside, which is not already trading.
