Meet the winners of the Guild elections

SO who won?

The Liverpool Guild of Students (LGoS) elections closed on Friday with a total of 2683 votes.

Voting was open for a week and candidates spent many hours planning and campaigning.

The winners of the SO elections across the city were revealed at an event on Friday evening hosted by Liverpool Hope Students’ Union, where candidates and their supporters gathered to hear the results of the Student Representative Officer, Student Trustee and NUS Delegate election.

The candidates elected to the Student Representative Officer roles at LGoS are:

  • Harry Anderson
  • James Coe
  • Alex Ferguson
  • Emma Sims

The breakdown of roles between Student Representative Officers (President, Deputy President and two Vice-Presidents) for the 2014/15 academic year will be announced following the initial induction meetings for the team.
