An improved PIN format for Liverpool Life has been introduced to enhance the security of student’s data.
To implement this change, all existing PINs were reset on Monday, 21 July 2014 as previously advised.
When you next log in to Liverpool Life on or after 21 July, you will be prompted to create a new PIN to meet the requirements of the new format. Your new PIN will need to contain at least 8 characters, and must include numbers, letters and special characters (e.g. * : @ | # \ % , ; $ & £ < > +).
If you changed your PIN before the 21 July you will still need to change it so that it meets the requirements of the new PIN format.
Please be aware that it can take up to 24 hours for your PIN to be activated following any change.
