It’s time to stand: Student Officer nominations are open

Sign up for the opportunity of a lifetime by registering to stand in the Guild’s Student Officer Elections.

The Guild is looking for four amazing students to lead their organisation and represent and develop student life in Liverpool for more than 20,000 students.

There is no job application or interview for these posts; they are filled each year through student votes in the SO Elections. All you have to do is nominate yourself and campaign your way to becoming Student Officer.

You will earn an £18,000 a year salary, go straight to the top of our organisation, and take the driving seat on all aspects of the Guild’s work – making sure the best interests of students are at the heart of everything that they do. Find out what your current Student Officer team do here: www.liverpoolguild.org/main-menu/about-us/your-officers.

Nominate yourself via the SO Elections website here: so-elections.com.

Nominations are open until 5pm on Friday 20 February.

The Guild will be hosting a series of training sessions for those interested in becoming a Student Officer. Visit their website here: www.liverpoolguild.org/events and select ‘workshops or training’ on the left hand menu for more details.
