A second stage of consultation is underway in support of the University’s Strategic Review that will canvas the views of staff, students and external partners on a range of key themes.
Five thematic enquiry areas have been developed following the completion of the first stage of consultation and leads have been appointed from the Senior Management Team (SMT) and Professional Services Leadership Team (PSLT) for each.
Vice-Chancellor, Professor Janet Beer, said: “The first phase of our Strategic Review is now complete and I would like to thank everyone who has contributed their views on the University’s strengths, what our priorities should be and the opportunities and barriers we face.
“Some strong messages have emerged which have shaped the themes that we will look into in more detail between now and June. Every member of staff has a stake in the University’s future and I cannot over-emphasize the importance of contributing your views and ultimately helping to shape our Strategic Plan.”
