Liverpool Doctoral College launches second phase of pilot placement scheme

Postgraduate researchers are able to apply for a placement opportunity as part of the second phase of the Liverpool Doctoral College (LDC) Pilot Placement Scheme.

Placement bursaries of £500 have already been allocated to a number of successful applicants and applications are still open.

Placement opportunities

As the scheme moves into its second phase, there are now a range of ‘ready formed’ placement opportunities for all postgraduate research students to apply for.

A wide range of different organisations have provided innovative ideas for short term placements and are keen to utilise the specialist knowledge and wide range of skills that University of Liverpool students have to offer.

Organisations such as Chamber of Commerce, design planning and consultancy company ARUP and Sefton Council Voluntary Service (CVS) have already provided placement opportunities.
