Knowsley Safari Park among new pilot placement scheme opportunities

A number of new placement opportunities for postgraduate researchers (PGRs) are now available through the Liverpool Doctoral College (LDC) Pilot Placement Scheme, including at Knowsley Hall and Knowsley Safari Park.

A successful doctoral student will get the chance to explore archive material in order to build up a clearer picture of the relationship between Knowsley Park and Gardens with the renowned landscape architect and designer, Lancelot ‘Capability’ Brown.

A further placement opportunity exploring new ways to engage with visitors in a drive-through environment, will provide the opportunity for doctoral students to trial new methods of engagement, potentially using the technological expertise developed through their PhD in a new environment.
