Students urged to have their say in UK Engagement Survey

Students are being urged to have their say before the UK Engagement Survey closes next month (16 June).

To say thank you for taking part, students who complete the survey are entered into a faculty prize draw for the month they take part to win one of two £50 Amazon vouchers.

18 winners have already received their prizes, with a further six yet to be chosen at the close of the survey.

Winners include: Abigail Harmer, Sura Hassan, Daniel Dacre, Lauren Graal, Aaron Howarth, Benjamin Foskett, Oscar Sinfield, Zoe Baker, Jennifer Quayle, Carla-Raluca Feraru, James Rees, Abid Abdul-Gafoor, Bina Bhakta, Michael Lewis, Xueting Qi, Julia Unwin, Martin Wylie and Alexander Finnigan.

UKES is a national survey which gives undergraduate students the opportunity to share their views about how they have been supported to engage with their course.

The survey is run by the Higher Education Academy and is carried out by institutions across the country. Students are asked to comment on a number of areas including critical thinking, working with other students, interacting with staff and course challenge.

Students who are eligible to take part will receive an invitation email which includes a unique link to the survey. Please check your University email account for your invitation from the Student Opinion Team (

The survey is open until Thursday, 16 June and should take around 10 minutes to complete. All of your responses will remain confidential.
