As a result of your student feedback, a number of improvements have been made across the University.
We wanted to share some of these improvements with you and let you know how you can continue to send us your feedback.
Improvements we’ve made
- You said you wanted to spend less on printing
You told us that you wanted to spend less on printing. We know spending money on printing isn’t great, which is why we spoke to our print supplier. Printing is now 50% cheaper as a result of your feedback.
- We changed our library fines policy
You said you didn’t want to receive fines on overdue books that were not reserved. Having received your feedback, we changed our fines policy. Now you only get charged on overdue books that are reserved.
- You said you wanted extra study space on campus
When it’s busy, you said you wanted to be able to find study space on campus more easily. Having received your feedback, we introduced Library on Tour, which opens temporary learning spaces up to you when it’s busy.
You can find out more about the improvements we’ve made based on your feedback via our Your student feedback webpage.
