Wellbeing Week kicks off this week and this year staff and students will be able to celebrate by taking part in a variety of activities aimed to boost health and wellbeing.
There are over 50 sessions taking place throughout the week, which runs from Monday, 8 May to Friday 12, May. The hugely popular 5k Campus Run is back for 2017, along with falconry, Chinese tea, yoga and a many other events. To see the full programme, please visit the Wellbeing Week webpages.
Speaking about the event, Vice Chancellor Professor Janet Beer said: “Wellbeing Week is an important feature of our calendar and improving the wellbeing of our staff and students is of the utmost importance. The week promises to be one to remember and I hope you are looking forward to the activities as much as I am.”
The programme, which will take place at our Liverpool campus as well as Leahurst and London, will focus on the ‘Five Ways to Wellbeing’ developed by the NHS:

- Be Active
- Keep Learning
- Give to Others
