Students on Radio 4 quiz show The 3rd Degree

The BBC Radio 4 quiz show, `The 3rd Degree’, featuring University academics and students will be broadcast today at 3pm.

Hosted by comedian Steve Punt, `The 3rd Degree’ is recorded at universities around the country, with the contestants all coming from the university in which the recording takes place.

The show features a team of three students pitted against three members of academic staff  from the same subjects that the students are studying.

In today’s show, three students are pitted against Professor Sue Wray, from the Institute of Translational Medicine, Professor Peter Kinderman, from the Institute of Psychology, Health and Society and Dr Roland Enmarch from the Department of Archaeology.

The recording took place in March this year in the Victoria Gallery & Museum.

The programme will be broadcast again at 11pm on Saturday, 1 July and  will also be available on iplayer.
