VITAL is going to be unavailable from 7am on Tuesday, 19 December while new software updates are applied. We anticipate it may not be available again until 5pm on Wednesday, 20 December.
VITAL should be considered ‘at risk’ for the rest of the week (until 5pm on Friday, 22 December) while a large amount of system maintenance is carried out. ‘At risk’ means that VITAL could go offline without warning while maintenance and upgrade work is carried out.
Unfortunately, you will not be able to take any online tests or do other important activities in VITAL throughout the period 19th to 22nd December 2017.
